These are the rules of the road for using Caltsu. We've tried to make them as clear as possible. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

By creating an account or using Caltsu, you're entering into a binding agreement with us (DataDux Oy) and you agree to follow these rules. If you don't agree with them, you can't use the service. Simple as that.
Caltsu is a calendar synchronization tool. You give us permission to access your connected calendar accounts (like Google, Microsoft, Apple) to read event times and create "Busy" blocks in your other calendars. This helps you avoid double-bookings.
We do our best to make sure the service is reliable, but it's provided "as is." We can't guarantee it will be perfect all the time. We also reserve the right to change or stop the service if we need to.
We want to keep Caltsu safe and running smoothly for everyone. You agree not to:
If you violate these rules, we have the right to suspend or delete your account.
We offer both free and paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees, which are billed in advance (monthly or annually). Payments are handled by Stripe and are non-refundable unless required by law.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
This is the part where our lawyers make us be extra clear. We are not liable for any damages or losses that result from you using Caltsu. This includes things like missed appointments or data loss. You use the service at your own risk.
In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or €100, whichever is greater.
